Will Gordon

Will Gordon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Will started their career as an Associate Baseball Scout for the Pittsburgh Pirates, where they evaluated youth baseball talent in the Baltic region. Will then worked as an English instructor at the American English School, teaching courses for local governments and businesses.

Moving on, Gordon served as the Director of Foreign Relations and Game Development for the Lithuanian Baseball Association, where they developed outreach programs, managed fundraising efforts, and organized training camps and tournaments.

Will also had a professional baseball career as a player for the Kaunas Lituanica Baseball Club from 2005 to 2011.

Gordon later joined the Global Personalized Academics as the International Sales Director, where they created business opportunities and distribution channels for educational content and courses in international markets.

Subsequently, Gordon held several roles at Urban Planet Mobile, including Director of Marketing Communications and Marketing & Communications Specialist. Here, they launched web-based platforms, managed mobileVAS partnerships, and developed marketing strategies for the company's products.

Gordon then joined Highlights for Children as a Digital Territory Specialist and later as the Manager of Highlights Library Partnerships. Will worked on distribution partnerships and customer success for their reading platform.

In their most recent role, Gordon is currently the Director of Market Expansion at World Family English Holdings Ltd. In this position, they are responsible for innovating products and business programs to improve sales and business outcomes in core markets.

Overall, Gordon's work experience includes roles in baseball scouting, education, international sales, marketing, and business development.

Will Gordon attended Carolina Friends School from 1998 to 2001 and earned a High School Diploma. From 2001 to 2005, they studied Sociology and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Wesleyan University. In 2003, they received a Certificate in Culture and Development Studies from the School for International Training in Cameroon, Africa. Finally, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Social Anthropology at Vytautas Magnus University.
