Lindsey Ellsworth

Lindsey Ellsworth is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in building and leading L&D teams. Currently, as the Director of Learning and Development at World Insurance Associates LLC since July 2021, Lindsey is responsible for establishing the company's first L&D team and strategy amidst significant organizational change, including a high volume of mergers and acquisitions. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Pro-Unlimited for Goldman Sachs, where Lindsey managed the integration of campus analysts during a peak season, and Senior Manager of Leadership Development at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing leadership programs for approximately 4,500 leaders annually. Lindsey's foundational career at Goldman Sachs spanned nearly eight years, progressing through various roles in Human Capital Management, and earlier experience includes positions at Siemens and Kean University. Lindsey holds a Master's degree in Human Behavior and Organizational Psychology as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kean University.
