Sean DeWitt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of restoration and inclusive business strategies. Currently serving as Director of Restoration at the World Resources Institute since May 2013, Sean manages a team of over 120 experts across more than ten countries, focuses on large-scale land restoration initiatives, and nurtures significant partnerships such as AFR100 and Initiative 20x20. Prior to this role, Sean was the Director of Inclusive Business Tools at Grameen Foundation, leading social enterprises and securing over $1 million in investments for growth. With earlier roles at the Fund for the City of New York, the US Department of State, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, Sean has developed a strong foundation in program management, technology training, and business consulting. Sean holds two Master's degrees in Natural Resource Economics and Development Finance from the University of London, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
