Nathan Callaghan

Nathan Callaghan has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Chief, People & Culture at World Vision Australia since June 2006. In this role, Nathan provides leadership and management across various functions including organizational development, people services, workplace health and safety, internal communications, and business partnerships. Nathan has also held multiple prominent positions within the organization, such as Acting Executive Officer and Director of People & Culture, Insights & Design. Prior to joining World Vision, Nathan worked as a Recruitment Manager at World Vision and held various recruitment consultancy roles at Lloyd Morgan and Chandler Macleod. Nathan holds a degree from RMIT University, completed between 1997 and 2001.
