Ashley C Noble, CCP has more than 20 years of experience in various compensation roles.

Since 2022, they have been working as the Director, Global Compensation at World Vision. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2022, they were the Total Rewards Leader - North America at Johnson & Johnson, managing compensation for a large workforce.

From 2015 to 2017, Ashley served as the Corporate Human Resources Manager - Compensation at Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services, overseeing compensation processes globally.

Before that, from 2012 to 2015, they were a Senior Compensation Analyst at Harsco Corporation, responsible for global compensation processes.

From 2006 to 2012, Ashley worked at Citi as the Lead Compensation Analyst, where they managed job evaluation, compensation structure design, and annual compensation activities for a large employee base.

Ashley C started their career as a Compensation Analyst at Gerdau Long Steel North America and later worked as a Human Resources Associate at FULGHUM FIBRES, Inc.

Throughout their career, Ashley has gained extensive experience in compensation management for organizations of different sizes and industries.

Ashley C Noble, CCP has an Executive MBA in Management from the University of Miami. Ashley C also holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Augusta State University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn and is a Certified Compensation Professional accredited by the WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals. Ashley C has also completed the NASPP - Stock Plan Fundamentals course offered by the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.
