John Winberg has held various roles in a range of companies since 1997. John began their career as a Philips Representative at Xtrasource, followed by an Advisor Online Mortgages role at Bank of Scotland. In 1999 they moved to ClientLogic, where they held the roles of Operations Support Manager, Quality Manager Contact Center and Operations Support Assistant. In 2004 they joined Sun Microsystems as a Technical Engineer Sun Support Services. From 2006 to 2011 they worked at Oracle, holding the roles of Process Manager Technical Support, Team Leader Technical Support Benelux, UK & Scandinavia and Trainer Coordinator Technical Support. In 2012 they moved to Merck as Project Manager IT Support Services. From 2015 to 2021 they worked at Nexthink Spain S.L. as Product Support Manager. John is currently Head of Customer Support at Worldsensing.

John Winberg completed their formal education in 1997 when they earned a Diseñador Grafico Industrial degree from Industrial Design Academy. John has since obtained five additional certifications, including Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts and Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 2 Security from LinkedIn in July 2021, ITIL V3 Foundation from EXIN in August 2010, Enterprise Servers Sun Microsystems and Solaris Sysadmin 1 from Sun Microsystems in December 2005.
