Misty progressively advanced to become the Vice President of Customer Care in May 2002, leading the call center's growth and expansion into other countries. Overall, Misty's work history demonstrates their extensive experience in project management, customer experience, and leadership roles.
Misty Roberts obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from George Mason University, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they received a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2023.
