Barry Lederman

Barry Lederman, CPA MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Barry has held CFO positions in various companies, including Worldwide Clinical Trials, Perimeter Solutions, Virtus Pharmaceuticals, Halo Pharmaceutical, Eisai, Wedgewood Pharmacy, and Nycomed | Fougera, Pharmaderm & Savage Divisions. Barry also served as the Vice President of Finance (CFO) at Danaher and held leadership positions at Roche Diagnostics GmbH. Barry Lederman started their career as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Throughout their career, they have been involved in private equity transactions, initial public offerings (IPOs), debt offerings, strategic planning, risk management, financial analysis, and overseeing global finance operations. Barry has experience in various industries including pharmaceuticals, clinical trials, specialty pharmacy, and manufacturing.

Barry Lederman, CPA MBA has a diverse education history. Barry obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with Distinction from the University of Rochester in 1991. Barry then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance & Operations Management from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, which they completed in 1995.

Barry has also completed various accounting courses at Brooklyn College in 1996 and New York University in 1997. Barry received their CPA certification from the New York State Education Department in 1997 and from the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs-Office of Consumer Protection in 1999.

In terms of executive education, Barry attended the London Business School in 2001 for an executive program on Rising to the Leadership Challenge. In 2012, they took part in an executive education program at The Wharton School, focusing on Becoming a Strategic Partner and Integrating Finance and Strategy for Value Creation.

Barry's most recent educational pursuits included a certificate in Business Excellence with a CFO Program, Mergers & Acquisitions, Driving Strategic Impact, and Corporate Valuation from Columbia Business School, which they obtained in 2023. Additionally, they completed various online courses in Corporate Valuation and obtained certifications in Chief Financial Officer Program, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Driving Strategic Impact from Columbia Business School in the same year.
