Lee Ann Cole

Lee Ann Cole has over 19 years of work experience in finance and planning roles. Lee Ann currently serves as the Vice President of Global Financial Planning & Analysis at Worldwide Clinical Trials. Prior to this, they were the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from 2019 to 2021. In 2019, they were also the Director of Business Analysis and Planning at Honeywell. From 2015 to 2018, they held various director positions at Novartis, where they focused on business planning and analysis. Lee Ann also has experience with Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they worked as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and as a Manager in the same department. Their early career includes roles at Johnson & Johnson as a Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst, and at Cendant as a Financial Analyst and Staff Accountant.

Lee Ann Cole holds a B.S. degree in Finance and Management from Seton Hall University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued their M.B.A. at Penn State University. In 2018, they completed an Executive Leadership Certificate program at Cornell University.
