Glenn Sward

Glenn Sward has extensive experience in talent acquisition and development. Glenn currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Development at Worldwide Clinical Trials, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Freedom Mortgage from December 2021 to August 2022. From September 2014 to December 2021, Glenn held the position of Vice President, Global Head of Talent Acquisition at PRA Health Sciences. Before that, they worked at SAP, where they held various roles, including Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition from January 2009 to August 2014. Glenn also has experience as an Independent Consultant and as a Divisional Vice President of Recruiting & Staffing at Paine Webber. Glenn began their career as a Recruiting Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1992.

Glenn Sward obtained a degree in Accounting from Lehigh University College of Business, where they studied from 1988 to 1992.
