Florencia Bernales has been working in the customer success field since 2019, when they began their role as a Customer Success Specialist at Wormhole. In 2022, they were promoted to Manager, Customer Success at Crehana. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Beauty Consultant at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from 2017 to 2019 and at Lancôme from 2005 to 2017. In their free time, they work independently as a Sommelier, advising private wineries and cellars at events. Florencia also develops their own content for social media.
Florencia Bernales obtained a Sommelier Profesional degree from Centro Argentino de Vinos y Espirituosas in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachiller con Orientación Docente (B.O.D) degree from Colegio Esteban Echeverría in 2001.
