Steve Campana

Steve Campana is currently the Manager of Transformation at Worthington Steel. Prior to this role, Steve served as the Commercial Operations Manager at Worthington Industries for over two decades. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix. Steve has experience in various commercial areas such as sales, customer service, operations, and lean management. In December 2023, Worthington Industries separated its Steel Processing business into two standalone companies -- Worthington Steel and Worthington Enterprises.
