TEAM The Corporate Systems team, a crucial division of Woven by Toyota Enterprise Technology, is committed to delivering top-tier technical solutions. These solutions are designed to empower our employees and contingent workers globally, facilitating our best and promoting a seamless experience across all teams. 

Your role will involve close collaboration with the Global Operations teams, including Finance, HR, Legal, and others, to identify challenges and create solutions. You will also collaborate with other Enterprise Technology teams and vendors working together on technical implementations across a myriad of systems. 

You will work with the Global Head of Corporate Systems, ensuring that our mission aligns with the overarching goals of the organization, and come to the office 3 days per week following our hybrid work policy.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR We are looking for the ability to collaborate with people from many different backgrounds in Woven. You have experience collaborating with diverse teams and has a track record in driving implementation of technical solutions. Familiarity with corporate systems such as ERP, HRIS will be advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate directly with Global Operations teams such as Finance and HR including their senior leadership to identify challenges and create efficient technology-based solutions
  • Define detailed functional and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to create a mid- to long-term technology roadmap, ensuring that solutions are designed in a way to accommodate the needs of local offices

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions architect or similar roles in relevant business coverage
  • Experience developing technical solutions that integrate across multiple systems and countries
  • Experience working with Finance or HR to provide technical solutions
  • Business level English and Japanese

NICE TO HAVES:

  • Hands-on Engineering experience making changes to ERP or HRIS systems
  • Experience with change management at a corporate level
  • Experience working with vendors to evaluate new technology solutions
  • Experience managing tasks and documentation using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace at team level
