Hiroyuki Usui

Hiroyuki Usui has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Hiroyuki is currently working as a Staff Engineer at Woven Planet Holdings since January 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of a Staff Engineer at Toyota Research Institute Advanced Development starting from January 2019, with a temporary role as a Senior Engineer from October to December 2018.

Before joining the Toyota Research Institute, Hiroyuki worked as an Assistant Manager at トヨタ自動車株式会社 (Toyota Motor Corporation) from October 2017 onwards. Hiroyuki also gained research and development experience at Toshiba Memory Corporation as a Research and Development Engineer from April to September 2017, and at Toshiba Corporation as a Research and Development Engineer from April 2004 to March 2017.

In addition to their industry experience, Hiroyuki Usui also served as a Visiting Scholar at Carnegie Mellon University from August 2013 to January 2015.

Hiroyuki Usui received a Master's degree in Computer Science from Keio University, where they studied from 1998 to 2004.
