Renster Calma

Renster Calma has a diverse work experience in the field of network engineering starting from 2013 to the present. Renster is currently working as a Network Engineer at Woven by Toyota since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AI inside 株式会社 as an Infrastructure Engineer (Network and DevOps) from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for building a Datacenter Fabric and Cloud infrastructure.

From 2019 to 2020, Renster worked at Mizuho as a Network Delivery Engineer - Tier 3. Renster also worked at Adecco as a Network Engineer from 2019 to 2019, where they served as a Network Lead for a Datacenter migration project.

Previously, Renster worked at AVASO Technology Solutions as a Field Network Engineer (Part-Time) from 2018 to 2019, handling tasks like circuit implementation, network maintenance, and device installation.

Before that, they worked at TM Holdings Co., Ltd. as an IT Personnel (Part-time) from 2017 to 2018, where they acted as a System/Software Engineer and performed maintenance and code upgrades for web applications.

Renster also gained valuable experience at Fujitsu Global as a Network Engineer from 2016 to 2017 and at Virtela Technology Services Incorporated as a Network Operations Engineer from 2014 to 2016.

Renster started their career as an Instructor at Nexus Computer Learning Center in 2014, where they taught CCNA level technologies. Renster also had an OJT position at Clark Development Corporation in 2013.

Renster Calma completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering from Holy Angel University from 2008 to 2013. In 2017 to 2018, Renster attended 名古屋国際学院 (Nagoya International Academy) to study the Japanese language and continued studying Japanese at 日本東京国際学院 (Japan Tokyo International Academy) from 2018 to 2019. Renster also completed their secondary education at Diosdado Macapagal High School from 2004 to 2008. In terms of certifications, Renster obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) certification in December 2012, followed by a Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching (CCNP Routing and Switching) certification and a Cisco Certified Networking Professional -Enterprise certification in January 2014. Renster later earned a Cisco Certified DevNet Associate certification in November 2020 and a Cisco Certified DevNet Specialist - Core certification in June 2023. Additionally, Renster received certifications in Japanese language proficiency, including the 日本語能力試験N3 (JLPT N3) in July 2018 and the 日本語能力試験N2 (JLPT N2) in July 2019.
