Yuta Takaba

Yuta Takaba has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and technology. Yuta started their career as an intern at Murata Machinery in 2012. Later, in 2014, they interned at CKD Corporation and Yamaha Motor, where they developed embedded systems, Android applications, and a machine vision system.

From 2016 to 2018, Yuta worked at Yahoo! Japan, initially as an Internet of Things Engineer and later as a Web Engineer. During their time there, they contributed to the OSS Apache Pulsar and built and operated a messaging system and monitoring system.

In 2018, Yuta joined Toyota Research Institute - Advanced Development as a Software Engineer. Yuta provided and managed software platforms on AWS and built a CI pipeline for self-driving cars and machine learning. Yuta also developed a data uploader web application for test cars using AWS Amplify, Amazon Cognito, and S3.

Since 2018, Yuta has been working at Toyota Motor Corporation and Woven Planet Holdings as a Software Engineer. Yuta is currently on secondment from Toyota Motor Corporation to Woven Planet Holdings, where they provide and manages software platforms on AWS and builds CI pipelines for self-driving cars and machine learning.
