Biplob Khotel

Biplob Khotel is an experienced professional in restaurant operations and retail management, currently serving as the General Manager for Retail Operations and Restaurant Excellence at WOW! Momo since December 2021, overseeing operations for multiple brands across India. Prior to this role, Biplob held positions as Head of Operations for KFC and Pizza Hut in Nepal from January 2019 to November 2021 and as Area Operations Manager for KFC in Kolkata from April 2011 to January 2019. Additional experience includes operations management roles at Planet M Retail Ltd and The Mobile Store, as well as a starting position in the food and beverage department at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts. Biplob holds a PGDBM in HR/Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a BHM/B.Sc in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Kolkata.
