Having a strong background in business and finance, Lisa brings an in-depth knowledge of efficient systems and processes to WPC Group.

Lisa provides clear direction and leadership for her team and monitors the efficient and accurate processing and delivery of employment and pay related administration and services for all apprentices and trainees.

She believes in a people-first orientated culture which strives for continuous improvement.
