Randall Smith

Randall Smith has a diverse work experience in the field of systems engineering and administration. Randall started their career at The Boeing Company in 1995 as a Senior System Administrator, where they played a significant role in the rollout of NT 4 and SMS 1. In 1997, they joined Nordstrom as a Senior Systems Engineer, managing SMS and various server configurations, including AD, DNS, WINS, and IIS. Randall participated in the design, deployment, and implementation of Windows 2000. Since 2002, Randall has been working at Starbucks, initially as a Systems Engineer Lead and currently as a Principal Engineer. Randall'sresponsibilities at Starbucks involve deploying and managing SCCM for the enterprise, including versions such as MEM-CM Current Branch, SCCM 2012 R2, 2012, 2007, and SMS 2003. Randall was also part of the deployment team for MS PKI.

Randall Smith obtained a Type Rating in IA-Jet from Flight Safety International for one year in 1981. Prior to that, they attended Flight Safety Academy from 1977 to 1980, attaining a degree in Airline Transport Pilot. Randall'sfield of study at both institutions focused on pilot training.
