Brandon Dorr has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brandon began their career at ProClip USA as a Working Customer Service & Returns Supervisor and worked there from an unspecified time until 2009. In 2009, they founded and co-created Wolfpack Techies, a free computer repair service, where they served as the COO until 2010.

Afterward, Brandon joined the District Attorney IT (DAIT) as a Help Desk Coordinator, providing hardware and software support for the District Attorney offices in Wisconsin. Brandon'sresponsibilities included supporting Microsoft Office and PROTECT, a custom-built software package for case filing and court calendar sharing. Brandon'stime at DAIT was in 2011.

In the same year, Brandon also worked at Madison Area Technical College. Brandon held roles as a Computer Support Coordinator from January to August 2011 and later as a Systems Analyst Programmer from November 2011 to January 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Brandon worked at the Wisconsin Department of Justice as an IS System Development Services-Specialist.

In 2016, Brandon joined WPS Health Solutions as a Senior Service Delivery PM/Technical Liaison. Brandon'sresponsibilities included planning and implementing claims processing software and leading the deployment of Office 365 to the enterprise. Brandon managed a team of business analysts and oversaw the implementation of plans on over 4000 endpoints.

At WPS Health Solutions, Brandon later became the HRIS Manager, where they created the HRIS team and trained staff on data governance, system management, and design thinking. Brandon led a partial reimplementation of UKG Pro, added logic to coding, documented data governance, and consolidated data for consistent operational processes and meaningful reporting. Additionally, Brandon converted departmental projects and operations to the Agile SCRUM framework, aligning them with organizational objectives.

Currently, Brandon holds the position of Director, People Technologies at WPS Health Solutions, where they continue to utilize their expertise in HRIS and project management.

Brandon Dorr holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science & Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they obtained from 2022-2023. Prior to that, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2001-2006, where they studied Business Administration. In addition, Brandon has an Associate's Degree in Web Development with PHP, JavaScript, mySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and Ruby on Rails from Madison Area Technical College, completed from 2010-2014. Brandon also earned a Technical Diploma in Help Desk Specialist from the same institution, which they completed in 2010. Brandon has obtained several certifications, including Business Analytics for Data Driven Leadership from UW-Madison Continuing Studies in 2023 and Professional Scrum Master 1 from Scum.org in 2019. Brandon also holds certifications in ServiceNow Fundamentals, IT-PHP Professional Web Developer, Agile Project Management, SUSE Linux Enterprise 11 SP2 Fundamentals, and CompTIA A+ Computer Essentials.
