Greg Picozzi has extensive experience in the field of data management and analytics. Greg is currently serving as the Director of Information Management & Analytics at Wrench Group since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance Data & Analytics Consultant at Information Technology • Strategic Data Planning • Technology Leader from January 2023.

From 2015 to 2022, Greg held various roles at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. Greg started as the Vice President of Data in January 2019 and was responsible for advancing the company's technology stack through data warehousing consolidation and implementing a data modernization strategy. Later, they became the Senior Director of IT Data Engineering & Business Intelligence and managed a team of 50 data engineers, BI developers, and contractors. Greg implemented data warehousing best practices, methodologies, and strategies, and ensured data accuracy and reliability for informed decision-making.

From 2011 to 2015, Greg worked as the Senior Director of IT Data Engineering & Business Intelligence at Prestige Cruise Holdings. Greg also has experience as a Data Warehouse Architect at AlphaStaff from 2010 to 2011 and as the Director of Information Technology at Macy's from 2000 to 2010. At Macy's, they oversaw database management, business intelligence reporting, disaster preparedness, and server maintenance for 60 retail stores, and provided technical leadership for technology projects. Greg managed a team of 11 analysts, programmers, and developers.
