Jennifer Wood

Jennifer Wood was born in Ogden, Utah and was raised in Texas, South Dakota, and Missouri. She attended college at Idaho State University and graduated with her Physical Therapist Assistant degree.

Jennifer has always had a passion for health and fitness and has a background as an American Council on Exercise (ACE) fitness instructor and personal trainer. Before she began her career in physical therapy she was certified in Pilates, Yoga, and Cardio Athletic Kickboxing. She has taught group personal training and basic nutrition courses.
