Dr. Susanne Krämer

Dr. Susanne Krämer has over 20 years of work experience. Dr. Susanne is currently the Global Head of System Integration and Test at WSAudiology since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Sivantos Group from 2014 to 2019, holding various roles such as Head of System Integration, Platform Manager, and Project Manager. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at Siemens Audiological Technologies as a Project Manager and Software Engineer. Dr. Susanne also has experience as a Working Student at Siemens Healthcare, Computed Tomography, and Astrum IT. In addition, they served as a Graduate Assistant at FernUniversität in Hagen. Dr. Krämer started their career as a Divemaster at Friendly Waters Seasports Services in 1999.

Dr. Susanne Krämer began their education at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they obtained a State Examination in Veterinary Medicine from 1987 to 1993. Dr. Susanne then pursued a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine at the same institution from 1993 to 1998. Following this, Dr. Krämer attended FernUniversität in Hagen from 1998 to 2008, earning a Diplom in Computer Science. In addition to their academic degrees, they have obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from PEEC - Productivity Engineering Europe Corporation in 2021 and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Agile Alliance in 2010. Dr. Susanne also has certifications in Architecture of Complex Systems, Model-Based Systems Engineering: Documentation and Analysis, and Models in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
