Tanja Madzarevic

Tanja Madzarevic is an experienced technology and project management professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Personify Health since September 2024, following the rebranding from Virgin Pulse. With a significant background in ICT, Tanja has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Engineering, Senior Engineering Manager, and Engineering Manager at Virgin Pulse from November 2020 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing a diverse team and overseeing production incidents. Additionally, Tanja serves as a National ICT Expert for Bosnia and Herzegovina with the World Summit Awards since June 2015, facilitating local digital innovation. Tanja has also contributed to various projects focused on gender equality, ICT development, and entrepreneurship, including a project with UNICEF targeting young women in the ICT sector and roles in USAID initiatives. Tanja holds a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Zagreb and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Tuzla.
