Rachel Waychunas

Rachel Waychunas has a diverse work experience in the field of manufacturing and scientific research.

Rachel is currently working as an Associate Scientist at Wugen since May 2023. Prior to this, from March 2023 to May 2023, they had a role as a Manufacturing Associate III at the Gene Therapy Program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Before joining Wugen and the University of Pennsylvania, Rachel worked at WuXi Advanced Therapies from October 2019 to January 2023, where they held various positions. These positions include Lead Manufacturing Associate from August 2022 to January 2023, Senior Manufacturing Associate from January 2022 to August 2022, Manufacturing Associate III from June 2021 to January 2022, Manufacturing Associate II from September 2020 to June 2021, and Manufacturing Associate I from October 2019 to September 2020.

Rachel Waychunas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, General from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Rachel pursued this degree from 2016 to 2019.
