Raji Mahmoud

Raji Mahmoud has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Raji is currently working as the Associate Director of Manufacturing at WuXi Advanced Therapies since January 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Cell and Gene Therapy Production (CAR-T) at Novartis from June 2017 to January 2021. Raji also worked at Sanofi Pasteur, where they held roles as the Cell Culture Technical Transfer Lead from June 2014 to June 2017, and as a Professional Production Support Associate from March 2010 to June 2014. Their career started as a Manufacturing Associate 3 at Cook Pharmica LLC from September 2007 to February 2010.

Raji Mahmoud attended Penn State University from 2000 to 2003 where they pursued a degree in Biotechnology. After completing their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at Wilkes University from 2014 to 2020. Here, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business.
