Andrew Neely

Andrew Neely is currently the Director of Data Management and Analytics at the WV Department of Health and Human Resources. Andrew has been with the company since February 2012, initially starting as a Programmer. With a background in computer science, Andrew has developed web-based applications and database systems using Umbraco, SQL Server, and Microsoft Dot Net. Prior to their current role, Andrew also served as a Database Administrator and Programmer for the company, showcasing their skills in various programming languages such as VB6, Dot Net, C, and C++. Andrew holds a BA in Regents with an emphasis on business from West Virginia State University, where Andrew also obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Science.
