Kim Hardman

Kim Hardman is the Director of Recruiting at WWC Global.

She leads a team of recruiting professionals focused on developing, driving, and executing recruiting strategies.

Kim is an Air Force veteran and a military/DoD spouse who has trailed in many locations to include Alaska, North Carolina, Florida and most recently Dubai, UAE.

She has over twenty years of combined experience within the Department of Defense in which she served in active duty, federal civil service and corporate staff supporting government contractor companies. She started her Air Force career as an Information Manager and was assigned to the Pentagon supporting the 11th Wing followed by an assignment to Eielson AFB, Alaska with the 354th SFS. After separating from active duty, Kim relocated to Tampa, FL and became familiar with civilian business practices. With the urge of getting back in to supporting the military, she became a federal civil service employee supporting USSOCOM. She started her career in defense contracting in 2006 and expanded her career in DoD contracting filling various roles and responsibilities to include security, contracts, human resources, finance and operations.

Kim has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University.
