Joey Maloney

Joey Maloney is an accomplished Director and Producer with extensive experience in filmmaking, notably in the sports and music industries. Currently serving as the Director of Network Documentaries at WWE since November 2016, Joey has created and produced cornerstone documentary series like “WWE CHRONICLE” and “THE DAY OF,” collaborating closely with WWE Superstars and overseeing production at all levels. As a Freelance Photographer since 2007, Joey has contributed to major publications such as NME and covered significant events including Coachella and presidential appearances. Joey also worked as a Features Producer for the NFL from 2014 to 2016, earning a Sports Emmy nomination and producing documentary features on players' journeys. Educationally, Joey studied Cinematography at the Los Angeles Film School and Film Studies at the University of Utah.
