David Page serves as the Executive Director of Winter Wildlands Alliance since February 2016, leading a national non-profit focused on preserving America's winter landscapes and fostering a network of grassroots organizations. In addition, Page contributes to Outdoor Alliance as a board member, and maintains a prominent writing career as a Senior Correspondent for Powder Magazine, where an award-winning series on avalanche decision-making earned national recognition. Other writing contributions include features in Adventure Journal, The New York Times, Men's Journal, and as an author for W. W. Norton & Company, with notable works addressing conservation and outdoor experiences. Page previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Mammoth Medical Missions, delivering medical aid to underserved communities. Academic qualifications include a B.A. from Dartmouth College, an MA from UC Berkeley, and an MFA from UC Irvine.
