Sarah Traverso

Sarah Traverso began serving with Wycliffe Bible Translators in 2011 when she took a position as the administrative assistant in the recruiting department. From there, she quickly began expanding her skills and served in human resources working with benefits and leads, as the associate director for staffing and then later as the senior director for workforce planning and mobilization, focusing on strategy.

Currently, Sarah is the Vice President of Global Workforce Strategies, where she loves seeing how God connects people with the many opportunities within the Bible translation movement.

Sarah has a bachelor’s degree in family ministries and counseling from Moody Bible Institute. She holds certifications in workforce planning, compensation analysis, and as an SHRM professional.
