Marek Zganiacz has over 10 years of work experience in the field of software engineering. Marek started their career in 2007 as a Java Developer at Comarch, where they worked on greenfield projects in the Fintech and Telco divisions. Marek was responsible for developing innovative web-based portals and backend systems using Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
In 2010, Marek joined Atos as a Java Software Developer. Here, they worked on web systems for the Development & Cooperation Department of the European Commission. Marek collaborated with teams of 3 to 7 people and used JSF, PrimeFaces, Jetty, WebLogic, Spring, Hibernate, and Oracle DB for the backend development. Marek also gained experience in Maven.

Afterward, they took on the role of a Full Stack Engineer at Credit Suisse, where they contributed to the development of software solutions until 2017. Marek then joined QIAGEN as a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a short period.
Most recently, Marek has been working at Wyden as a Team Lead and Senior Fullstack Engineer since 2018. Overall, Marek has a strong background in full stack development and leadership roles.
Marek Zganiacz obtained their Master's degree in Software Engineering from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. These include Graph Search, Shortest Paths, and Data Structures from Coursera in October 2017, Functional Programming Principles in Scala from Coursera Course Certificates in July 2016, Webapp development with HTML5, AngularJS and JavaScript from Sages in August 2015, Startup Engineering from Coursera in September 2013, Human Computer Interaction from Coursera in July 2013, and Sun Certified Programmer for the Java Platform, Standard Edition 6 from Sun in December 2009.
