Paula O'Gorman has an extensive work experience history. Paula currently holds the position of Vice President Call Center Operations - Asia Pacific at Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific, starting in 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director Call Centre Operations Asia Pacific at Wyndham Destinations from 2018 to 2022.

Paula worked as a Reservations Supervisor from 1999 to 2000, Incentive Pay Co-Ordinator from 1997 to 1999, Airline Accounting - Refunds Supervisor from 1994 to 1997, and Airline Accounting - Passenger Revenue from 1989 to 1994.

Other positions Paula held include a short-term Sports Coach role at NZ Trampoline in 1998 and a Foreign Bank Teller position at Bank of New Zealand from 1987 to 1989.

Paula O'Gorman received a Diploma in Management from EIM training in 2011. Paula also completed a Certificate IV in Tourism and attended Lynfield College.
