Raphael Mukarji

Raphael Mukarji is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Franchise Operations for Central Europe at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts since June 2023. Previously, Raphael held the same title at Choice Hotels EMEA from August 2021 to May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Regional Director of Brand Performance Support for Hilton Worldwide, overseeing performance optimization across approximately 40 hotels in EMEA from April 2019 to August 2020. Raphael has a strong operational background, exemplified by the role of Director of Operations at Hotel Metropole & Hotel-Restaurant du Parc des Eaux-Vives, where major transition projects were managed. Additional experience includes roles as Hotel Manager at various Sofitel properties and as Development Manager for Louvre Hotels Group. Raphael holds a Master of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from Vatel France.
