Valerie Gold Rios

Valerie Gold Rios is an experienced sales and marketing professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Manager of Regional Remote Sales - Franchise at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts since December 2022. Previously, Valerie held the position of Area Director at Arosa and Director of Sales and Marketing at Sonesta International Hotels Corporation, where notable achievements include receiving the Director of Sales of the Year Award in 2018 and HSMAI Americas Sales Professional of the Year Award in 2019. Additionally, Valerie was involved with HSMAI Central Florida as VP of Program Logistics on the Board of Directors from January 2015 to January 2020, and served as Director of Hotel Sales at Bluegreen Corporation and Director of Sales and Marketing at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham earlier in the career. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management, Marketing, and Purchasing from Arizona State University.
