From 2015-2018, they were Head of Operations & Customer Success - Higher Ed. at Vretta Inc. From 2014-2015, they were Director of Global Business Development, Customer Success and Solution Delivery at Sarus, Inc. From 2010-2014, they were Global Head Business Development & Customer Success at Rainmaker Learning Resources Private Limited. From 2007-2010, they were Business Vertical Head at the Performance Factory (PerFact). From 2001-2007, they worked at [24]7 as Manager Learning and Organization Development. Finally, from 1999-2001, they were Leader Major Accounts at Adecco, India.

Harsha C Varlani received a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Visvesvaraya Technological University in the field of Computer Science between 1998 and 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc from Bangalore University in the fields of Electronics, Physics, and Maths between 1995 and 1998. Harsha C also holds an AI Leadership certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained in March 2022.
