Jay A. has worked in various roles since 2011. Jay began their career as a Research Analyst at Sheridan College in 2011. In 2012, they moved to the University of Waterloo as a Manager of Data Analytics and Reporting. In 2016, they were hired at Microsoft as a Business Analytics and Insights Manager. Most recently, they have been employed at Wysdom.AI since 2018, where they have held the roles of Senior Director of Customer Success, Director of Delivery and Optimization, and Manager of AI Optimization and Analytics.
Jay A. is currently enrolled in an Executive MBA program at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University in 2018. Jay also holds a Master's Degree in Community and Economic Development from Penn State University, and a BSc in Biotechnology/Economics from the University of Waterloo. In addition, Jay A. has obtained two certifications from Google: CCAI - Virtual Agent Development in Dialogflow CX for Citizen Devs in September 2022, and Contact Center AI: Operations and Implementation in September 2022.
