Steffen Pabst

Steffen Pabst has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Steffen started their career at Nike in 2005, where they held multiple positions, including Director of Stores - Emerging markets, Retail Director Russia, and CEMEA North Retail Director. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and executing retail strategies, providing regional insights, coaching store partners, and overseeing P&L responsibilities. In 2011, they joined Starbucks as an Operations Director. Then, in 2013, they moved to Odlo International as a Sales Manager for the Americas, Asia, and Russia. Currently, since April 2019, they are working as a Commercial Director for X-BIONIC.

Steffen Pabst completed their MBA at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from 1990 to 1996. During their time at the university, they focused on marketing, corporate finance, and HR. In March 2021, they obtained a certification in "Führen ohne Weisungsbefugnis" from LinkedIn.
