Swapnil Agarwal

Swapnil Agarwal is an experienced project manager and engineer with a diverse background in digital design and project management. Currently serving as a Level 3 Project Manager at X-FAB since October 2016, Swapnil directed a digital transformation project aimed at enhancing decision-making and quality control through the implementation of SPACE SPC software. Previously, as a Senior Customer Project Engineer at X-FAB, Swapnil established a customer project business entity to improve integration and customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Digital Design Engineer at Altis Semiconductor, where Swapnil played a key role in launching the company's chip design activity, and positions at SEQUANS Communications and Signal Processing Technology, focusing on ASIC design and research. Swapnil holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and advanced degrees in electronics, telecommunications, and information communication technology.
