Steve Box

Steve Box began their work experience in 2007 as a Knowledge Transfer Assistant at the Yorkshire Centre for Health Informatics (YCHI), where they were responsible for maintaining health sciences institute websites and upgrading their design. In 2008, they worked as an IT Intern at Pathology Associates Medical Laboratories (PAML), assisting with quality assurance testing and researching the organization's IT processes. In 2009, Steve joined Cirrus Software as a Software Project Support Co-ordinator, working on various aspects of projects. Steve then moved to Medical Mosaic as a Consultancy Products Coordinator, where they designed training materials and facilitated workshops for senior healthcare professionals. In 2014, Steve joined X-Lab, initially as a Business Development Manager, responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies and managing customer accounts. Steve then advanced to the role of Business Development and Marketing Director, leading the company's engagement with private laboratories and driving future growth opportunities. Currently, Steve is serving as the Global Business Development Director at X-Lab, heading business development in the UK NHS and expanding into international markets, particularly through the brand Labgnostic.

Steve Box completed their high school education from New College Nottingham between the years 2004 and 2006. Steve obtained a BTEC National Diploma for IT Practitioners during this time. Following this, they pursued their higher education at the University of Leeds from 2006 to 2009. At the university, they obtained a IIi degree in Computing for Medical and Health Sciences.
