Antonio Aceves is the current VP, Strategy & Business at X2F. Prior to this, they were with EFI Polymers, repLATAM, and Henkel.

At Henkel, Antonio was responsible for developing, implementing, and leading sales and business development for global strategic accounts through new opportunities of Henkel's most specialized business unit. Antonio worked cross-functionally to form good working relationships with internal and external partnerships to influence decision-makers to maximize marketplace opportunities and sales in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing to present a solid proposal in the 4 steering units: Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Semiconductor, and Industrial completing sales cycle from decision-makers at design centers to users at manufacturing.

Under Antonio's leadership, sales grew 265% in the first 3 years by launching and leading GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy, dealing with commercial and technical issues, identifying customer requirements and priorities, and the implementation of a Hunter Mentality in addition to personal extensive international travel to make a local presence to support the team and having customer trust at the highest level. Additionally, they were able to reduce operations cost over 90% with strategic management, refining and reinforcing the structure (commercial and technology) to make resources and processes more efficient, improving controls, reducing expenses, and making the pricing strategy more competitive to grow EBIT exceeding original expectations.

Antonio Aceves has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tecnológico de Monterrey, a Bachelor of Engineering - BE from Universidad La Salle, A.C., and certification from TECNOLÓGICO DE MONTERREY in Innovating in Business for Effective Managers and Leadership Communications / Leading through Change.
