Cindy Powers

Cindy Powers is an experienced professional currently serving as a Vendor Manager and Manager of Corporate Compliance at Xactus since August 2020. In addition, Cindy is a volunteer with the Privacy Workforce Public Working Group at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) since July 2021. Previous roles include serving as a Student in the Paralegal Program at Metropolitan State University from 2019 to 2020, Credentialing Manager at Factual Data from December 2007 to September 2018, where key responsibilities included client agreements, credentialing, and compliance, and Licensed Collections Manager at Creditors Service Agency from July 2002 to October 2005, overseeing legal actions against debtors. Cindy began a career at Advantage Network Systems (an Equifax affiliate) from February 1995 to June 2002 as General Manager of the Front Range, managing sales, operations, and compliance. Educational qualifications include a Paralegal Certificate from Metropolitan State University of Denver and certificates in Human Resources Management and Payroll Practice from Aims Community College.
