Dean Breda serves as General Counsel for XBOW since November 2025 and is a charter member of The L Suite (TechGC) since April 2019, contributing to an independent community for General Counsels. Previously, Dean held the General Counsel position at several companies, including Nasuni, HackerOne, Veracode, Interactions LLC, Zipcar, and Agentforce Commerce, spanning from 2004 to 2025. Dean's legal expertise also includes consulting for various venture-backed clients between 2006 and 2008. Educational qualifications include a JD in Law from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a BBA in Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
