Aaron Niu has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Aaron started their career as a Junior Architect at Brand and Allen Inc, where they worked on designing store layouts for Thomas Pink and Tumi shop-in-shops. Aaron then worked as a Sales Associate at General Pants Co. where they achieved top-selling performance. Aaron went on to become a Floor Supervisor at Vans, responsible for daily store operations. Aaron also owned and operated their own business, Ox & Tree Leather Goods, where they designed and created hand-sewn leather accessories and managed the online store.

Aaron also worked at Apple, first as a Technical Specialist at the Genius Bar, troubleshooting and maintaining customer relationships. Aaron then took on the role of Creative, teaching and training customers on how to use Apple products for their specific needs. Aaron later joined Xcel Brands, Inc. as an Assistant Designer, collaborating with various teams and developing graphic t-shirt product offerings.
