Younsoo Kim

Younsoo Kim has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Starting in 2008, Kim worked as a Print Designer for Liz Claiborne New York Apparel and Home, where they created original artwork, built repeats and colorways, and assisted the Creative Director in developing a monthly color palette. In 2012, Kim joined Handsome Corp, Hyundai Department Store Group as a Print Designer for the high-end womenswear brand MINE in Seoul, Korea. In this role, they developed seasonal concept boards, created original artwork, and collaborated with various teams to finalize prints before sending them to factories. Most recently, Kim worked as a Freelance Designer for Xcel Brands, Inc. with a focus on freelance projects.

Younsoo Kim obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Textiles from the Rhode Island School of Design, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. They further pursued higher education at Korea University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree between 2014 and 2016.
