Darla Figoli is the EVP, HR & Employee Services, CHRO at Xcel Energy. Darla has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has been with Xcel Energy since January 2000. Prior to joining Xcel Energy, Darla was the VP and Controller at e prime where they were responsible for accounting and financial reporting, as well as administrative services.

Darla Figoli has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts - BA from Fort Lewis College.
