Stevenson W. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. In 2010, they started their career as a Sales Associate at Walmart and worked there for a year. Following this, they served as a Marketing Program Intern at Towson University Campus Activities Board from December 2013 to December 2014, where they created various marketing materials for campus events.

In 2012, Stevenson joined Best Buy as a Sales Associate-Computers, where they provided excellent customer service, adhered to loss prevention measures, and strategized on new business opportunities. Stevenson worked in this role until November 2015.

Subsequently, Stevenson joined ADP as an Account Manager from April 2016 to June 2018, gaining experience in managing client accounts.

Stevenson then joined Kelly & Associates Insurance Group in September 2018, first working as a Benefits Consultant until January 2019, and later transitioning to the role of Operations Specialist until August 2019. In these roles, they provided operational support and consultation for clients.

From September 2019 to March 2020, Stevenson worked at Bon Secours Health System as a Human Resources Payroll professional.

Their next position was at Deluxe Payroll, where they worked as an Onboarding Specialist from March 2020 to October 2021. In this role, they facilitated the onboarding process for new hires, coordinated presentations, provided client walkthroughs, explained taxations and employee records, and created policies and handbooks.

Most recently, Stevenson joined Xcelerate Solutions in February 2022 as a Human Resources Generalist.

Stevenson W. completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Art and Design from Towson University, which they attended from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they have acquired two additional certifications: "Tips for Better Business Writing" from LinkedIn in March 2022, and the "Parsons Fashion Industry Essentials Certificate" from Parsons School of Design - The New School in June 2019.
