Nicole Done has a diverse background in inclusive education and advocacy. Nicole currently holds the position of Chief Inclusion and Wellbeing Officer at Xceptional, where they focus on building inclusive solutions for clients and supporting the wellbeing and professional growth of neurodivergent individuals. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Training and Coaching at Xceptional, leading the external training and coaching services to increase neurodiverse hiring and inclusive work practices. Nicole previously worked at Ronald McDonald House Charities Sydney as an Education Liaison, bridging the gap between health and education for students who have undergone cancer treatment. Nicole also worked at the University of Sydney in the field of Inclusive Education for a short period. Additionally, Nicole has experience as a Special Education Teacher at St Lucy's School, where they worked with students with various disabilities and played a role in promoting inclusion and indigenous education. Their early career includes a position as a Special Education Teacher at Dysart School.

Nicole Done attended the University of Technology Sydney from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree with a focus on Special Education and Teaching. In 2014, they attended the iscd - International School of Colour and Design for a brief period, completing a Certificate in Colour and Design.
