Mike Tozer

Mike Tozer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2001, they started working at Crossroads Foundation as a Manager, Standards & Research, where they managed standards and conducted research until 2011. During this time, they also served as the Research lead for the UN-Business Action Hub, playing a key role in building a knowledge-sharing tool and managing website translation projects.

In 2012, Mike worked as an Independent Consultant for the International Rescue Committee and as a Research Associate for the CSR Initiative at Harvard Kennedy School. Mike then joined Crossroads Foundation again in 2013 as an Engagement Strategist, facilitating cross-sector partnerships and representing the organization at conferences.

In 2014, Mike founded Fragile X Hong Kong, bringing their project management skills to recruit and manage the organization's founding board of directors. Mike successfully established a network of donors and secured the charity's first major grants. Under their leadership, Fragile X Hong Kong organized a highly successful awareness event that received global media coverage.

In 2017, Mike founded Xceptional, a tech firm aimed at connecting autistic people to job opportunities. Through Xceptional, they have won multiple awards and recognition, including the Google Impact Challenge and the Optus Future Makers program.

In 2018, Mike was part of the Remarkable accelerator program cohort 3 at Remarkable Tech.

Mike Tozer completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Physics from the University of Oxford from 1998 to 2001. Mike then pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School from 2011 to 2013. Recently, in 2021, they completed governance training for directors at the Future Directors Institute.
