Ryan Rogers

Ryan Rogers is currently serving as the Executive Vice President Of Operations at XCL Resources. Prior to this role, Ryan held a position as the COO at Castlerock Exploration where Ryan focused on exploration and production in the South Texas region. Before their time at Castlerock, Ryan worked as a Reservoir Engineer at EOG Resources and gained experience as a Petroleum Engineer Intern at both EOG Resources and Chevron. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University.
